Step 1: Give the Chorleywood store a ring. 'Yep, we’ve got five in stock.' Step 2: Head over to the Chorleywood store with your old bottle. 'That’ll be 49.99, we’ll load the full one into your car.' Step 3: Get back home. Take the bottle out of the car. They handed me an empty one! Step 4: Call them up. 'So sorry about that, bring it back and we’ll swap it out.' Step 5: Return the empty bottle to the shop. 'We don’t have any of those left. You’ll need to take the empty one back with you.' Step 6: Drive home again. Go into the garden and let out a scream... Good ol' Trustpilot. Lords called me the very next morning to apologize and sort things out. My little tantrum is behind me, and they’ve assured me I’ll get my gas bottle. Now THAT’S what I call good customer service.
